Processing begins by taking four tender, downy, young bud sets and hand-rolling them into silvery pearls. Fresh jasmine blossoms are then placed over the pearls. The blossoms are refreshed as many as 8-10 times, until the pearls take on the delicate scent of the jasmine blossoms. After scenting, blossoms are painstakingly removed by hand. When infused, these aromatic pearls unfurl into a delicately flavored, sweet, medium-bodied, pale infusion. Well balanced and intoxicating! You will immediately surrender to your cup.
